Azer Rehab is a dynamic group of companies dedicated to wellness! It started 40 years ago with Azer Clinic, establishing a reputation for quality treatment through physical and occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology services. The company is built on a competent and educated staff who monitor, direct, and implement appropriate services for a positive result.
Azer Clinic also includes sports medicine and strength training for athletes We work with athletes to improve stamina and range of motion so they can compete at the highest level of their skill potential.
Our services also include recuperative therapy for senior citizens and others who have had surgery and need to get back to peak health and live pain free.

Staff
F.W. Azer, P.T., Founder
F.W. (Wil) Azer attended the University Cairo School of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt. He is a licensed physical therapist in Illinois and Michigan. He started his own practice, Azer Clinic, in 1982 with a focus on industrial rehabilitation, TMJ pain treatment, sports medicine, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
He is a certified golf specialist for the Body Balance for Performance program. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the past President of the Galesburg Rotary Club. Azer Clinic was one of the first physical therapist-owned clinics in the State of Illinois.
Our Staff
We have physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists. We have 50 employees.
We take pride in our commitment to continuing education. Our staff regularly attends courses, classes, and seminars to learn more about the latest techniques and technology to better serve our clients.
